Body Focus Program

The body and the mind are functionally identical: what goes on in the mind reflects what is happening in the body and vice versa.
Each person is his body; no person exists apart from the living body in which he has existence and through which a person expresses himself and relates to the world around him. Mind body and soul are aspects of every living body. A dead body has not mind; it has lost its spirit and its soul has departed.
This program is an adventure in self-discovery - helping people get back together with their body and enjoy the life of the body to the fullest degree possible.
The body has the ability to heal itself. During this program we explore the body’s basic functions of breathing, motility, feeling, and expression. You are invited to explore the body-mind’s restrictions on these functions.
Whether or not you have enjoyed any training or workshops in Transpersonal & Experiential Psychotherapy (TEP), you are invited to come and enjoy participating in and experiencing free and guided body focused movement programs being offered at 14 Lilley St Toowoomba.
Feel free to bring a friend who might be interested.
Dates: Every Wednesday: There are exceptions - so please give me a call prior to attending
Time: 6pm – 7:30pm: Arrive 10 minutes prior so we can commence on time!
